At Ariva BC we believe trust is the foundation of our relationship with our customers and partners. We respect each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this policy. This policy applies to information collected at Ariva Business Center’s website, www.arivabc.com, and via opt-in links to Ariva Business Center’s mailing list managed at third-party vendors.

Part I. Information Collection. Ariva Business Center collects information through our website at several points.

We collect the following personally identifiable information about primary visitors: name, email address, job title, company name, address, and phone number.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: web traffic statistics (page views, referring pages, geography of origin, length of time on pages, etc.) and email broadcast response data (email opens, click through, etc.).

We collect this information through registration and opt-in forms, clickstream tracking, automatic logging files, tools such as Google Analytics, and email marketing tools. We make every attempt to collect the minimum information necessary, and required fields on registration or opt-in forms are clearly marked.

Ariva Business Center does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

Part II. Information Usage. The information collected by Ariva Business Center is used to administer and teach classes and for marketing purposes, primarily via email. Users who register on our site or opt in to receive information will receive periodic newsletters and special announcements via email. We do not rent or sell customer data or mailing lists. Online purchases are handled by a third-party vendor, PayPal, and we do not collect nor store payment information such as credit card numbers for these purchases.

Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive email marketing communications (please see the bottom of this page for details).

Part V. Opt Out and Contact Information. If you have received an email message from us and wish to opt out, you can:

  • click the opt-out link at the bottom of the email message; your name will be removed immediately from our list
